Eligibility & What to Bring
Who Can Enroll?
- All new drivers aged 16 and older
- Registration opens at 15 years and 11 months
- Knowledge test available on your 16th birthday
- Parental consent required if under 18
Documents Needed for SAAQ
- Two valid pieces of ID (health card, birth certificate, or passport)
- Attestation from Safa Driving School (Phase 1)
- Pass a vision test at the SAAQ
- Written consent of parent/guardian if under 18

How payments work
You pay a deposit to start. There is no automatic monthly charge. Each remaining payment is due only when you reach the next step of the program (your portal will prompt you to pay before you can continue).
After you register, sign in to the student portal to pay the next amounts when they become due.
